5 Gigs, 1 Day !!
Just one of those days... mmm not really though.
The 4th of septembre 2010 definitely was one of the wickest gig-days ever. 5 gigs in a row. One with DJ and producers duo 'Turntable Dubbers' @ Laundry Day and then 4 gigs with Merdan Taplak Orkestar. Cruisin' with our mobilhome from Laundry day to Crammerock toVIlla pace and to Nacht van de Kaap.
The whole day was captured by a filmcrew. These are some short teasers, already.
Merdan Taplak Orkestar @ Festival De-Affaire (Nijmegen)
We played @ Festival De-Affaire (Nijmegen) with Merdan Taplak Orkestar. This is some footage from the gig, filmed by some noble unknown person. The Picture underneath was taken by Merdan on stage. "Everybody, please, put your hands in the air. This one is for my Mummy..."
Producing music for end credits Turquaze, by Kadir Balci
Merdan Taplak Orkestar was asked to provide the music for the trailer and the end credits of the movie "Turquaze". The song is produced by myself.
All horns are recorded at 'The Location'. Beats, additional programming, editing and mixing is done @ home, ow yeaah.

The film, by Kadir Balci tells the story of Timur (28) and Sarah (26).They were definitely born for each other. They know it, they live it and they love it.
