Robert Soko has been throwing parties in Berlin since 1993. He was the first to coin the term BalkanBeats to try and define his mix of music from the Balkans.BalkanBeats are Serbian Gypsy brass and folk melodies reinterpreted, given electronic beats and blended with western styles such as ska and rock.

The compilation contains songs from Magnifico, Shantel, Amsterdam Klezmer Band, Boban I Marko Markovic Orkestar and many more big names from the scene.

Bram was asked by Merdan Taplak to produce his new tracks.
While getting succesful during his live sets, Merdan wanted to go further and create songs of his own. The track is mixed @ RockstarRecordings and mastered by Gert Van Hoof @ Cochleamastering

Merdan is highly positioned as a deejay but he keeps on going. Attending almost every worldmusic festival, he is acknowledged by international connoisseurs as one of the rising stars in his genre.
